Munyaradzi has been a dedicated member of the Evangelical Fellowship of Zimbabwe (EFZ) secretariat since 2015. She currently serves as Programmes Manager, providing strategic leadership to the organization’s social policies and programmes across all 10 provinces of Zimbabwe. In this role, she manages the organization’s donor portfolio and guides high-level advocacy platforms focused on transformational leadership, social accountability, and economic governance.

Munyaradzi began her journey with EFZ as a Governance Advocacy Officer, where she spent six years developing impactful project models, training manuals, and budget analysis tools to strengthen community participation in local governance. In 2021, she transitioned into senior leadership, first as a Senior Programmes Officer and then as Programmes Manager.

With over 15 years of experience in the development sector, Munyaradzi is a skilled Policy Analyst who holds a Master’s in Public Policy and Governance, alongside a Bachelor of Science (Honors) Degree in Psychology and Sociology. She is deeply committed to social justice, gender equality and fostering collaborative partnerships between church networks, civil society, and international development partners to drive community-led transformation.
