Clarah Chiseko has extensive experience in organizational leadership, human resources, institutional administration, membership and stakeholder engagement in the faith-based organizations. She has deep institutional knowledge with a strong grasp of internal systems, policy implementation, and organizational development. She has demonstrated the ability to build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams, applying a people-centered leadership approach grounded in integrity, humility, and professionalism. Clarah Chiseko has professional qualifications in Secretarial, Administration, Human Resources Management, Leadership and Biblical studies. She joined Evangelical Fellowship of Zimbabwe in October 2000 as a Receptionist and rose through the ranks to the position she holds today. Clarah sits and serve on various Boards in locally and internationally. She is an ordained Pastor serving with the United Assemblies in Africa Church and also sits on the Church Executive Committee.
