Bishop Percy Tawona Kadziyanike serves in Faith Ministries as a Bishop and is the current Senior Pastor for Zimbabwe as well as being a member of the Faith Ministries International Council. Percy is also a member of the International Apostolic Team of Salt & Light International. Salt & Light International has an African chapter called Inuka Afrika. Percy is the current Chair of the Inuka Afrika continental Apostolic Team.

With an evident passion for church planting, and, the establishment of strong nation plants, Percy is committed to the equipping of saints for the work of ministry. Percy also serves as a marketplace consultant. Percy is married to Felicia and they are blessed with three sons.
