Ernest has been a dedicated member of the Evangelical Fellowship of Zimbabwe (EFZ)secretariat for over 20 years. He currently serves as Programs Manager, providing strategicleadership to the Humanitarian, Relief and Development Commission and the Research &Development Commission, guiding initiatives that focuses on strengthening communitiesthrough humanitarian response, sustainable development, and evidence-based research.

Ernest began his career in accounting, serving EFZ in financial management from 2006 to2015. In 2016, he transitioned into social work, where he has since led the implementation ofone of EFZ’s flagship Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) program. This initiative hasimproved access to clean water and sanitation for vulnerable communities across Zimbabwe,reflecting his passion for practical, life-changing interventions.

Outside EFZ, Ernest is a businessman and philanthropist, running successful enterprises inHarare. He is also an ordained pastor, combining spiritual leadership with social action todrive holistic community transformation.

Ernest is married to Antonetta, and together God has blessed them with two sons.
